1. Engagement of Services

A. Scope of Services

The specific accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, or advisory services (“Services”) provided by Clarity Ledger will be detailed in a separate Client Service Agreement (Engagement Letter) signed between you (the Client) and Clarity Ledger. In case of any conflict, the terms of the Engagement Letter shall prevail over these website T&Cs regarding the specific Services provided.

B. Client Responsibilities

The Client acknowledges and agrees to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Furnish all necessary, accurate, and complete financial records, documents, and information promptly to Clarity Ledger.
  • Review & Approval: Review and approve all filings, reports, and financial statements prepared by Clarity Ledger before submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Timely Payment: Pay all fees and expenses as outlined in the Engagement Letter according to the agreed payment schedule.

C. Limitation of Advice

Any information or content on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. 2. Use of Website

A. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Clarity Ledger or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

B. Prohibited Use

Fees for Services are determined and detailed in the Client Service Agreement. This agreement will specify the scope of work, fees, billing cycle, and payment terms.

B. Non-Payment

In the event of non-payment of outstanding fees, Clarity Ledger reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services and may retain all records and documents until all outstanding balances are settled, subject to professional ethical standards and UAE law.


4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

A. Website Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Clarity Ledger makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on the website.

B. Limitation of Liability for Services

Clarity Ledger’s total liability to the Client for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Services provided shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, as further detailed in the Client Service Agreement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

C. Force Majeure

Clarity Ledger shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government decrees, and natural disasters.


5. Termination

A. Termination of Services

The conditions for termination of the professional engagement (Services) are governed by the Client Service Agreement.

B. Termination of Website Access

Clarity Ledger reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these T&Cs.


6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

A. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai.

B. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these T&Cs or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in Dubai in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration center (e.g., DIAC), unless otherwise specified in the Client Service Agreement.


7. Changes to Terms

Clarity Ledger reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website or our Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
